МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД РОЗВИТКУ СПОРТИВНОГО ВОЛОНТЕРСТВА ТА МОЖЛИВОСТІ ЙОГО ІМПЛЕМЕНТАЦІЇ В УКРАЇНІ

У статті розглянуто міжнародний досвід розвитку спортивного волонтерства та можливості його впровадження в Україні. Спортивне волонтерство визначено як важливий ресурс підтримки фізичної культури і спорту, організації спортивних заходів, популяризації здорового способу життя, розвитку громадянської активності та соціальної згуртованості. Акцентовано увагу на зарубіжних підходах до підготовки, мотивації й координації спортивних волонтерів, розвитку інклюзивного та адаптивного спорту. Обґрунтовано, що для України важливо адаптувати цей досвід до умов воєнного й повоєнного відновлення, потреб громад, молоді, ветеранів війни та осіб з інвалідністю.
