КОНЦЕПЦІЯ ПОСТТРАВМАТИЧНОГО ЗРОСТАННЯ: МІЖ РЕСУРСОМ І НОРМАТИВНИМ ТИСКОМ У СОЦІАЛЬНІЙ РОБОТІ З ТРАВМОЮ

У статті проаналізовано концепцію посттравматичного зростання (ПТЗ) у контексті соціальної роботи під час війни. Метою є дослідження професійної готовності фахівців до практичного впровадження ПТЗ. На основі опитування 1028 працівників соціальної сфери (2026 р.) виявлено розрив між рівнями компетентності: високою етичною готовністю транслювати надію (58,4%) та низьким рівнем володіння техніками (10,3%). Доведено, що цей дефіцит навичок може перетворювати професійну підтримку на нормативний тиск. Сформульовано рекомендації для програм підвищення кваліфікації та визначено пріоритети підготовки фахівців.
