ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ЩОДО МІГРАНТІВ

У статті проаналізовано еволюцію соціальної політики Європейського Союзу щодо мігрантів від повоєнного періоду до сьогодення. Виокремлено п’ять основних етапів розвитку міграційної політики ЄС, охарактеризовано їхні ключові особливості, нормативно-правове підґрунтя та зв’язок із соціальною політикою. Досліджено вплив економічних криз, процесів європейської інтеграції, міграційної кризи 2015 року та повномасштабної війни в Україні на трансформацію підходів ЄС до регулювання міграції. Встановлено, що сучасна політика ЄС поєднує гуманітарний захист, інтеграцію мігрантів, соціальне забезпечення та безпекові механізми управління міграційними процесами.
