СУПЕРВІЗІЙНА ПІДТРИМКА ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ РЕЗИЛЬЄНТНОСТІ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ПРАЦІВНИКА: ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ ОГЛЯД МОДЕЛЕЙ

Метою статті є аналіз моделей супервізії як інструменту попередження професійного вигорання та підтримки резильєнтності соціальних працівників в умовах війни. Використано методи теоретичного, порівняльного аналізу та узагальнення наукових підходів. Проаналізовано класичні й сучасні моделі супервізії та здійснено їх порівняння за критеріями спрямованості на розвиток навичок турботи про себе, роботу з травмою, підтримку професійної ідентичності, системну інтеграцію і профілактику вигорання. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції RFSM, ACT-орієнтованої та травма-інформованої супервізії як найбільш ефективної моделі підтримки професійної резильєнтності фахівців.
