СОЦІАЛЬНА ПОЛІТИКА ЄС ЩОДО ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ЗОВНІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ З УКРАЇНИ НА РИНОК ПРАЦІ

Анотація. Інтеграція українських біженців на ринок праці Європейського Союзу є одним із найактуальніших викликів для соціальної політики ЄС. У статті проаналізовано правові механізми інтеграції, зокрема Директиву 2001 / 55 / ЄС, що забезпечує тимчасовий захист переміщених осіб, і заходи на рівні окремих держав-членів. На основі аналізу результатів нещодавніх (2024–2025 рр.) досліджень було виявлено такі тенденції: ключова роль іммігрантів у заповненні вакансій та компенсації демографічних викликів у ЄС, особливий правовий статус та швидка інтеграція українських біженців, високий рівень безробіття попри формальні права, нерівномірний розподіл робочої сили та «трудова міграція всередині ЄС», а також фемінізація міграційного потоку і наявність бар’єрів для працевлаштування жінок із дітьми.
