ПІДХІД, ОРІЄНТОВАНИЙ НА СИЛЬНІ СТОРОНИ, У РОБОТІ З ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИМИ ГРОМАДАМИ: ОГЛЯД МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ

У статті на основі аналізу закордонної літератури визначено особливості застосування на
рівні територіальної громади підходу, орієнтованого на її сильні сторони. Установлено, що
цей підхід належить до емансипативної макропрактики соціальної роботи і спрямований
на використання ресурсів громади для розв’язання колективних проблем та забезпечення
справедливих відносин у громаді. Визначено, що у відносно сталих ситуаціях
використовують такі стратегії, як: участь громади, колективне наснаження; розвиток
громад на основі ресурсів. Під час кризових та надзвичайних ситуацій застосовують
стратегію розвитку резилієнсу громади.
