Механізми наставництва для підвищення ефективності роботи з молоддю

В Україні термін «наставництво в молодіжній роботі» офіційно не закріплений у жодному документі та активно не використовується. У Сполучених Штатах Америки та в країнах Європи накопичено значний досвід упровадження, оцінки та аналізу програм наставництва в молодіжній роботі.
Аналіз досвіду впровадження наставництва сприяє підвищенню обізнаності фахівців, які працюють із молоддю, щодо механізмів побудови ефективних взаємозв’язків із молодими людьми та, зрештою, і більшому включенню молодої особи в громадське життя, що сприятиме її самореалізації.
